Our secluded guest cabin is right on the water; our two private boat slips are below. It's on the south shore of Colorado's largest natural lake, Grand Lake, providing a perfect lakefront getaway.
Breathtaking Views
You'll have a gorgeous view from the boathouse deck or the picture window looking over the beautiful lake with the Never Summer range in Rocky Mountain National Park in the background.
Shared Dock
Miles of trails begin right out the back door of the cabin. Fish right off the dock or the deck. Tie up your boat at our shared dock and then tour Grand Lake and the adjoining Shadow Mountain Reservoir.
Cozy Accomodations
The cozy living/dining area includes a large couch, rocking chair, wood burning stove, dining room table, and a spectacular view of the lake and the Never Summer mountain range.
Full Kitchen
The kitchen is well equipped with all dishes and cookware, it also includes a microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, colander, wine glasses, and even a corkscrew.
Tour The town
Featuring shops, restaurants, art galleries, bakeries, cafes and a beautiful Boardwalk, Grand Ave. is the main drag of Grand Lake, Colorado and is easily walkable.
